I am a person with many life experiences, valuable lessons learned, the good, the bad and the ugly, serious mistakes made, bad choices done, who wants to use this blog to express what is on my mind, what I am feeling, where I am going, where I want to be, and also write some on my memories of childhood to my current adulthood. A Mother, who ADORES and LOVE her children, a Daughter to an Amazing Mother, a Sister to successful and accomplished Sister, a person who has seen the world and all it's different aspects.
A Recovered Alcoholic, A Recovered Addict, A Re-Born Christian, a person who has an unending need for life, happiness, and positive growth, a person who wants to Inspire others in the blog world by telling you what I have done and been through. Most of all a person who has learned from the past, still learning from my past, moving on into a better direction, and free from the handcuffs of the evils in this world.

A blog about Manic Depressive Illness meant to explore through personal experience, and clinical information just how difficult it can be to live with this illness. However, the secondary message is that management of the illness is possible and so is being a functioning member of society. Manic Depression does not have to run your life. It can be successfully treated. It is aimed at people who are already diagnosed, people who have been newly diagnosed, and the people who love them as well as the general public. The third message I hope to get across is that mentally ill people are just like everyone else, and that the stigma associated with mental illness is wrongly placed.
